99exch Terms and Conditions — No Bets Taken, No Money Held Here
1. What Accepting These 99exch Terms Means
Reading these pages means accepting the terms below. Nothing here needs an account, a form or a payment, so anyone who disagrees can simply close the tab and lose nothing.
2. Information Only — 99exch Runs the Betting
This website publishes information about 99exch. It is not a betting operator: no wagers are accepted, no balances are held, no payments are processed and no IDs are issued from these pages. Outbound buttons hand you to the 99exch agent desk on WhatsApp, which is run by other people under their own terms.
3. Adults Only, and Your Local Law
Content here is for adults aged 18 and over. Betting law differs between Indian states and keeps moving; deciding what is permitted where you live is your responsibility, not ours. None of this is legal advice.
4. Figures Change Without Notice
Timings, minimums and 99exch behaviour described on this site reflect what the desk has shown over time — the ₹500 deposit floor, payouts inside 10-30 minutes, agents on duty at every hour. They can change, and this site guarantees no outcome, no winnings, no uptime and no agent conduct.
5. Liability and Copyright
As far as the law permits, this site is not liable for losses arising from using it or any service reached through it, including betting losses, scams borrowing the 99exch name, or decisions taken on information that has since gone stale. The written content belongs to us and may not be republished without permission. Terms may be updated; the version on this page is the the current one.
